At KIBI Sports, we take immense pride in manufacturing top-quality cricket equipment and sports gear. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Please note that we offer exchanges only and do not provide cash refunds.
1. Exchange Period
- We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
To be eligible for a product exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging/tags intact.
- For damaged or defective products (e.g., bat damage upon arrival or incorrect item received), an unboxing video or clear photos of the product must be provided.
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse on the ground are not eligible for exchange.
- Note: No cash or bank refunds will be issued under any circumstances; only a replacement product will be provided.
